Returns
Our returns are easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days of receipt to return full priced merchandise.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn, unaltered and have all their tags on.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unaltered
- unwashed
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Please note all sale items are final sale. All full priced items returned after 14 days will be eligible for online store credit only. After 30 days, all sales are final.
You may choose your preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as Miyoko is not responsible for lost packages. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
